American at heart

John Scalzi has done it again. Last year he made a special electronic edition of Old Man's War available for free to people serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. Well, he's done it again this year with his book The Ghost Brigades. If you haven't read either of these, then you should. They are both wonderful military science fiction books and each of them are stand alone reads. I would recommend reading Old Man's War before The Ghost Brigades. but it doesn't really matter, since it's only a follow up.
